Traci spent the majority of her corporate career with the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held HR roles of increasing responsibility, including several  international HR Director assignments.  She oversaw training, talent acquisition, people development and change management for a division of over 1200 global employees at Hill's Pet Nutrition, Inc.

In 2017, Traci transitioned into the consulting space.  She served as a Career Consultant for LHH, assisting individuals in career transition.  And simultaneously, launched TEB Consulting, LLC allowing her to further utilize her HR and leadership skills to assist non-profit organizations and businesses with their unique HR needs. She has worked with clients of all sizes supporting their needs in executive recruiting and coaching, HR start-up operations, policy work, employee training and development, and filling interim HR Director roles in a manufacturing facility and a community health care clinic.

Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is an active member of and serves on the Board of the  Big Horn Mountain Chapter of SHRM.  She also serves on the Board of Directors of Compass Center for Families based in Sheridan, WY.

In her free time, Traci enjoys spending time in the Big Horn Mountains, teaching cycle classes at the local YMCA, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends.
